Michael was born in Israel in 1976. From an early age Michael was influenced by his Grandmother, a Style Icon in Israel who has a vintage wardrobe including key pieces of "Chanel" and "Dior".

As a child Michael was passionate about sculpting and printing. His first foray into the world of fashion was via interior design and window display.

Michael studied Fashion Illustration and History of Design at Parsons School of Design Paris and also attended the Royal College of Art, studying Painting, Printing and History of 18 th ,19 th and 20 th Century Design. He graduated from Central St Martins in 2001.

After graduating Michael worked on freelance projects in Women's Wear and realised his passion was accessories.

He launched his first collection encouraged by his partner Francesco Dori an Industrial Designer who fast forwarded the process by organising production in Italy.

Michael's first collection was launched at "Premiere Classe" for SS05.

Season 2 & 3 saw distribution grow throughout the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Japan and the Middle East.
